The whole process of buying my SUV was easy and painless. They listened to my whole situation, and what it needed to be for me to get approved. Our son was traveling to one of his best friend’s college graduations when the brakes suddenly locked up on the GMC terrain. We were able to arrange a tow to the nearest GMC. From the time my check engine light came on to the time it was actually repaired was over a month. Everyone involved was extremely nice from the salesman and manager to the finance guy. Gave us a great deal on a good vehicle and threw in some extras. They also don't leave you hanging after the sale and have been very attentive lost sale if we have needed anything. Highly recommend seeing Dakota and Bradley if you need a vehicle.
After the deal was completed, we found out that the car only came with one key. Was told we were welcome to purchase a second key. When we got home and was trying to figure the car out, we found that we didn’t have an owners manual in the car. I called and was told that I could purchase one as well. A person would think that purchasing a certified vehicle you would at least got an owners manual.

My experience with Hutchinson GMC was all that, and then some! While we knew we wanted a new Yukon, we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted.
